Corporate Plaza

In 1986, the firm began assembling parcels of vacant land in order to construct Fairfield’s first, Class A, professional office building. The three-story, 40,000 square foot structure was completed in April 1989, ninety percent leased in less than one year and fully occupied shortly thereafter.

The law firm of Gaw, Van Male, Smith, Myers & Miroglio , physicians, technology consultants, personnel services and other professionals occupy Corporate Plaza.

333 Sunset

The Wiseman Company, with cooperation of the City of Suisun Redevelopment Agency, developed a 72,000 square foot, Class A office building in this rapidly growing city. The first of its kind in Suisun, this three-story steel frame structure with granite accents was completed in February, 1992.

WestAmerica Bank occupies 333 Sunset along with North American Title Company, medical professionals, information, technology and financial consultants as well as other businesses that provide a complementary tenant mix to meet the needs of Suisun City citizens. The Wiseman Company sold this building in 2006.

1300 Executive Center

This 60,000 square foot, three-story Fairfield office building was The Wiseman Company’s first project as development manager for an outside investor. We provided expertise in real estate development, marketing and management for two local landowners that desired a valuable long-term asset without the associated development responsibilities. After completing the design and obtaining all governmental approvals, The Wiseman Company sold the project to an all-cash buyer who completed the building in 1992.

Martin Plaza

In 1993, The Wiseman Company acquired a prime Fairfield building site adjacent to a major interchange on Interstate 80 and began construction of a two building office development. The project was 70% leased prior to its September, 1994 completion. Gateway Realty, Fidelity National Title and Creegan + D’Angelo Engineers are the major tenants.

Fairfield Professional Building

In 1988, The Wiseman Company acquired this 62 year old historic office building. Centrally located in downtown Fairfield, and two blocks from the County Courts, this three-story building has been restored and renovated to accommodate attorneys and business professionals. The Wiseman Company sold this building in 2003.

One Harbor Center

The Wiseman Company, with cooperation of the Suisun City Redevelopment Agency, developed a 50,000 square foot three-story, Class A office building on the Suisun City waterfront. This modern, state-of-the-art building was completed in October, 2001 and features breathtaking views of the harbor, a spacious atrium lobby with elegant stone floors, and a highly sophisticated energy management system.

Completed in September, 2001, The Wiseman Company developed this highly prestigious Class A office building with classic 19th century exterior architecture. Located in downtown Napa, this 30,000 square foot, three-story office building is adjacent to the riverfront pedestrian promenade and conveniently located to a wide variety of shops and restaurants.

Woodland Corporate Center

The Wiseman Company developed a new 35,000 square foot, three story Class A office building symbolizing Woodland’s “Gateway to the City,” with traditional architecture reflecting the spirit and history of the beautiful Downtown. Woodland Corporate Center is centrally located with immediate access to Interstate 5 and Highway 113. The building was completed in June 2004.

Meridian

This five-acre, mixed-use project is being developed at Fairfield’s eastern gateway. We completed the annexation, rezoning and design concept of this project and sold it to a residential developer in 2004.

Green Valley Executive Center

The Wiseman Company developed a new 50,000 square foot, Class A office building in the Green Valley area of Fairfield. Green Valley Executive Center is centrally located with immediate access to Interstates 680 and 80. The building opened in June 2006 and is home to Sticky Rice Chinese Bistro & Bar, Robert Half International, Waterview Dental Care, Pazdel Chiropractic and many more fine businesses.

201 Georgia Street

Acquired in 2005, this property is slated to become Vallejo’s first Class A multi-tenant office building. Located right near the water front and City Hall, 201 Georgia Street will bring an improved look and new opportunities to Vallejo’s water front.

Main Street West

Expanding our presence in Downtown Napa, Main Street West will be The Wiseman Company’s second, three story, Class A building in Napa. With the 2nd and 3rd floors used for office space and the 1st floor primarily filled with retail stores, this building will continue to add to downtown Napa’s pedestrian friendly atmosphere. The building held its grand opening in April 2008.

In an effort to expand the business by building on a demonstrated market need, the Wiseman Company is now addressing the urban infill residential and mixed use marketplace.
